Hey Team, It's time to work out with us and channel your inner athlete!
Join us for bootcamp where we take you through a series of bodyweight exercises working the full body and mixing in some athletic style training.
The sessions are open to all fitness levels and abilities.
They are designed in a way where you are in control of pushing your limits.
Please bring a mat/or towel (we cannot provide this due to current COVID 19 hygiene guidelines).
Please let us know prior to the session if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries we should be aware of.
Please wear comfortable workout gear and dress appropriately for the weather.
Tickets are £10 per person.
