ABS BLAST

12:00 - 12:20pm

Short and sweet! This lunch time burn tests your core strength and ability and targets all of your abdominal muscles to make them stronger.

FULL BODY AMRAP + LONG STRETCH

Saturday
10:00 - 10:45 AM

AMRAP stands for 'As many reps as possible' ! This session aims to increase your stamina and is a stimulating way to activate your muscles through body weight exercises. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and fitness. This class is will to take your fitness to the next level!

Now you can workout with us and other members of the TEAM! The classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities and we will demonstrate regressions and progressions for various exercises. 

So get ready to get your sweat on. Grab some water and we'll see you on the mat!


A private Zoom link to join will be sent out no later than 1 hour before the start of the class.
